Tax on Store Pick-up

Hi All,

I have a question concerning taxes on Store Pick-Up items for a 1.39h cart. I have my clients store set to charge tax based on the store as he is only able to collect tax in PA. The problem is, this only charges tax if the Billing/Shipping Zone equals Store zone. My client received an order from a customer that lives in Florida and his billing address is also Florida, but he is picking the item up in the store in PA. Although I consider this an unusual scenario, unfortunately, the client want's the cart to calculate the shipping and charge based on the local tax.

Any idea how to make this work?
