Cannot Find Support for How to Install New Template

I have just installed ZenCart to my domain and picked out a template I like, but cannot figure out how to install the template. I also have done many searches and cannot find help on this topic. Please help!

All templates and addons in the plugin section have readme file with installation instructions.
