Is there a WishList plugin for v150?

I've got a client who has customers who need to get final approval before actually purchasing his products. So he needs his shopping cart to have the ability to save the contents of the cart, or a wish list. Is there a way to do this for v150?

Thanks,

This, maybe:

I haven't used it, but it's by swguy, so it'll work the way it's supposed to.
