web site missing products

hi one of my customers call she is missing products on her site http://sinclairtreasures.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=2

on page 6 we like to no if it is a setting on the zen cart or some thing why is it doing it

Something in one of your products is killing the productListing div. And the product begins with N.
Try showing those products but sort by N
