Orders IP Address are always the same...

Orders IP Address are always the same...

I have a problem... all my orders have done from the same IP Address... and it seems that the IP is server's IP..
Any ideea what i have to modify so in orders page I can see the ip were from the order has been done ?

Are you using shared SSL?

It would be helpful to see the details from Admin->Tools->Server Info ... especially the part near the bottom of that screen showing all the "_SERVER" details.

Or discuss the matter with your hosting company to get a better understanding of how their network is set up, especially how they've configured proxying and forwarding.
