no it is not. Do you have a link to the site, so I don't have to guess at the error?

pewterworld .co .uk ..TBH I haven't seen it in a while (or at least since upgrading to 1.5.3) tried to clean out cookies etc as was going to take a picture of it but it wouldn't happen ... That's why I was just asking the question

The short answer is you can't. It is an image, you can find it in the stylesheet

so yesterday i got everything working great no problems..

come today i open my site in browser and it was just sat there trying to load, after checking i found it was the https://ssl.geoplugin.net/javascript.gp call in tpl_cookie_control.php that was not loading. after checking the cookie control google group forum i found this (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/cookiecontrol/4RdhzStOeaY)

You can remove the reference to the geoplugin and enable all countries (ie leave the countries field blank).
We are going to be releasing V6 of Cookie Control in the next few days. The new version of Cookie Control does not use the geoplugin
for the geolocation and therefore will work fine on https sites.

so you can comment out the 2 calls out of includes/templates/your_template_name/templates/tpl_cookie_control.php

and

doing this my site is back loading fast again.

I just installed this in my test site on my local machine and it seems to work great but:

1. If I set the opt-out (green advice) and than I click on it, the advice becomes red and the box disappears, but then when I change page or crtl r the box appears again with green advice. I think that if it has to come back it should be with red advice. This tells me that probably the cookie is not created.
   How can I chek if it is and if so why it is not read after?
2. I have two sites one is a cquatua.it and the other is m.a cquatua.it I have also two diffeent analytics accounts with two different UA.
   The two sites use the same Db therefore there is no interaction with the script using the UA different from the one I have set in admin for the Google Analitycs setting.
   How can I workaround this?
   Do I need however to mod the tpl_main page also for the m.a cquatua.it site?
   I have made the translation in italian and I am ready to share it.

You are loading 5 instances of jquery, which is a prblem, and als the 90 html errors on the page can contribute to not showing the widget

Yes, as with any plugin if it has the same files in your template you need to merge in the changes.

iv merged files and its the only problem im getting, i think im missing something obvious but if i upload the cookie control tpl_mainpage file it moves the header and menu to the left, featured product carosel to the right, upload my backup tpl_mainpage it corrects everything(innevertibly) but cookie control then no longer shows up, on mobile its even worse of a change site is https://www.chapelhillstoves.co.uk using carlisle fresh template http://zenlyzen.com/responsive_demo/
