Cant update to my new template

Hi all

Im new in Zen Cart and i know my question quite very basic , i installed the Zen Cart 1.38h and every ok , i copied the template to the include/template folder and from the admin tools/template selection , but i cant find my template , just have the default there , i copied it many time but still i cant see it there , please help

What template are you trying to install ? Most Zencart templates should be uploaded to the root (top) directory of your store, not the includes/templates folder.

Hi Stevesh , im trying to install this http://orientcrown.sg/store , yesterday i upload it and i just follow the installation tutorial instruction and everything was ok but not the footer which cant appear , so i thought i do new installation from beginning and now i cant see the template in the admin page to be able to select it

As I said, you didn't uploadl the template files correctly. What was the name of the template you're trying to install ?

my new template installed after i uploaded the include files directly without the folder , and after that i manged to change the template from Tools/templates , and after that i dump the SQL short file and everything good , until i uploaded the full SQl file then the footer disappear , so i understand all the problem cos the footer to disappear is from the full SQL file , will be great if you can help cos im frustrated from trying .

That's a Template Monster template. You should look to them for support. We can't really help because we don't have a copy of that template or know what the SQL patch changed.
