Shipping estimator not showing up when logged in

Is there any way to get the shipping estimator to show up when logged in? It's not showing up for me right now but it does display this text below where it should be... "Please select your country, state and zipcode so that we can can retrieve an accurate shipping estimate."

What is your setting in the admin >> Shipping/Packaging? How about a look at the site? yoursiteDOTcom if you don't want the world to see just yet.

The estimator shows up when you aren't logged in but doesn't when logged in. Normally this probably won't be a problem since 99% of customers will be new customers I'm guessing..

Your site just displays a "coming soon ..." type message.
