TaxCloud - Taxes aren't being collected post payment

So I have my merchant and gateway all set up and processing payments; the problem I'm encountering is that when a payment is taken through my zen-cart, it shows the correct calculation for tax, it also shows the correct calculation for shipping. When the payment is processed, the cardholder agrees to pay the total with the sales tax included.

After the payment is processed, the merchant collects payments on only the shipping and merchandise. The tax is NOT included. I'm currently using Tax Cloud as an add-on but I'm not sure if it's a problem with that plug-in or if I'm missing something a little more basic. Any insight is greatly appreciated. Alright, I did some research and this is a TaxCloud related issue; apparently there's a patch out there that you need to plug in to ZenCart to have it collect taxes correctly post-payment. You can email [email protected] to request a direct link to this patch; I haven't received an email back yet but as soon as I get that link I'll post it here.

to download a patch that works with TaxCloud. I'm just about to download everything and hopefully get it all set up. They very quickly replied to my email but I've been busy the last couple of days and haven't been able to post it. Good job TaxCloud guys!
