Process Credit Card Payments by Hand

I have a client who I'm creating an eCommerce site for her florist shop. Because her credit card transactions are handled by a national florist company and they won't allow her to tie into there merchant services, she wants to have customers checkout normally except the credit card payment processing will be done by hand once the order comes in.

My question is; can we collect all of the information from the normal checkout, but have the required credit card info be included in the email notification the store owner receives without the xxxx's?

Email has NO security on it whatsoever. Thus, it is entirely inappropriate to send credit card numbers in plain text in an email.

However, there is an addon payment module (Ceon Manual Card) which allows you to collect card numbers and login to access them from your store's admin area. You can then process those numbers using your offline processing system.
