Can you please help with Cross Sell?

I installed Cross Sell version 1.3.0 (current). I did everything as stated in the instructions.......created the database entries installing the SQL patch, uploaded all files, etc.
I can see undersetting minimum and maximum vales the Cross Sell stuff and under Product Info. HOWEVER, there is no Cross Sell Products link under Catalog. What have I done wrong? Any help?
I've double and triple checked everything I can think of. Reuploaded files, etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are several Cross Sell plugins. Exactly which one did you install ?

X Sell 1.3.0

I believe that is the product and version. Someone has to have some advice on what is going on. help

Sorry, but I don't see a cross sell mod that has a version number of 1.3.0. Please go to the Plugins area and provide a link to the plugin you installed.

And a link or non-linked text address to your site also always helps.

Also your zencart version
