how to increase the zone numbers ?

Hi

I'm still new to PHP , I'm trying increase the number of zones in the shipping/zone rate , i changed the $this->num_zones = 3; from 3 to 7 , but i got the extra boxes without any details, see the attached photo, will be nice if somebody tell me how i can do it also i attached the Zone PHP file with my email , as im not able to upload the PHP file here i linked it to

In Zen Cart v1.3.9h and v1.5 the Zone Rates zones will build the extra zones for you just by changing the:
$this->num_zones = 3;

from 3 to 7 ...

Is this a clean install of v1.3.9h or an Upgrade? If an Upgrade, what version(s) did you upgrade from?

NOTE: Older versions, not sure how much older, may need, for you to make that change, that you save your settings to NotePad and then do a REMOVE, INSTALL and re-configure and you will see the new Zones from the 3 to 7 showing ...

Thanks for your answer , this 1.3.9.h is new installation and not upgrade , i changed the $this->num_zones = 3; but what happen is as you see in the photo in the first post .

Could you please help to modify the PHP to be able to see 7 zones ? or could pass me the necessary additional code ?

On the Modules ... Shipping ... Zone Rates zones ...

You may need to save your settings to NotePad and then do a REMOVE, INSTALL and re-configure and you will see the new Zones from the 3 to 7 showing ...

See if that doesn't fix it for you ...

i think i will not be able to REMOVE, INSTALL and re-configure without miss-up with the file , so might i have to look to someone knows PHP to edit for me

Just go to the Modules ... Shipping ...

Click on the Zone Rate zones ...

Click on EDIT ...

Save all settings that you see to NotePad ... as they will be lost in a few moments ...

Click CANCEL ...

Make sure you care clicked on the Zone Rate zones shipping module ...

Click REMOVE ...

Click INSTALL ...

Click EDIT ... and re-configure the Zone Rate zones shipping module with the settings you saved to NotePad ...

One more question about Zen Cart , I want to add new product which come in 3 different colors , How i can add the stock number for each color , please notice that the color is Attributes !!

That question is best for another post ... you might look at the stock by attributes as the default Zen Cart does not do this ...
