Add a "Direct debit my account" payment option?

Hi,

i'm pretty new to zc, hope someone here will be able to help,

i want to add a simple payment option

"Direct debit my account"

i dont need the customer to enter his account credentials as i have them already because my products are bank related,

also clicking that payment option probably needs to have some legal thing that it should count as a signature
