Admin help.. Hiding other vendor/multiple users?
Morning Zenners, Its me again! LOL
Anyway, I have a new issue and can't seem to find it on the forums after doing a few hrs of searching.
I am having an issue with the admin help. I have now 4 other seperate vendors to where they can add their own products on the shopping cart, however, when they load them .. it seems as they have "access" to the other vendor items as well.
Is there something I missed when setting up my new vendors?
I set up their own registration and user, I set up their own profiles
Under Admin users, I gave them access to the catalog with adding their own products, gift certificates and attribute controllers, sales, features and specials. They don't have access for any major configuration, I just wanted them to add their own items and edit them as they please.
However, when one of my vendors let me know they had this access, it kinda concerned me. Is there a way to "hide" others products so that way their stuff can't be messed with?? I thought it might be a "safe" thing to do, but now knowing that these vendors have access to the other vendors stuff, I am not so sure zen cart is the right thing. I do plan on adding many more multiple vendors.
I need some insight to this if anyone has anything or to talk about it. I am working tons of Overtime so I will try to reply back when I can. Thanks so much for your help again!
