How to solve this overlapping issue?

Hi guys.

I am having some overlapping interface issues. I'm having a banner covering my subcategories. May I know what are the options I should check on?

It would be easier to diagnose with a link to your site, but it sounds like your banner image might need shrunk down a bit.
