Not shipping in one country, how to ?

Hello,

we experience problems of delivery to some countries, so I would like to disable this countries so that if someone buy materials on our website, while check out, the person can not purchase and a message is display saying something like "we are not shipping to your country" ...

actually I remember having seen on the forum some people saying that they had a bug some time ago : while checking out, the message "sorry we are not shipping to your country" was displayed ... a bugg for some people might become a special feature for others :yes: (or at least for me).

module-shipping-DHL RATES
Skip Countries, use a comma separated list of the two character ISO country codes
Disable for the following Countries:(here write the countries)

yes ... I'm not using DHL Rates but it is true that just disabling the country codes should be enough.
