Call for recommended, well-supported, UK Payment Gateways?

OK, I think I may have reached the end of my rope with Worldpay. As far as I can see the ZC-WP module is dead. No-one is available for support, it doesn't work as documented, and Worldpay 'technical' support themselves don't seem to be very clued-up on how to support developers.

Reluctantly, I have to concede that it is time to write-off all the time I've spent on Worldpay and look for a replacement:

So, please can I have recommendations for (and against) payment gateway modules for Zen Cart, either for use in the UK or internationally?

Must-haves:

• Module must work with ZC 1.3.9b and 1.5.x
• Module must be regularly updated.
• Must be widely regarded as secure.
• Ideally a good-sized user base.
• Technical support must be available - either from the module creator, user community or both.
  Good-to-haves:
• A gateway that works with RBS. I already have an account with RBS (hence the attempt to use Worldpay), so would be good to be able to use module with this account.
• Options in the module for in-shop transactions (ie no moving out of the shop to the gateway site).
• A good set of capabilities for logging and reporting transactions, including errors.

If I've missed anything, please feel free to suggest..

Thanks picandnix. It doesn't include RBS accounts in its list, although Worldpay themselves told me that SagePay works with RBS. However, it does appear to tick the other boxes quite nicely.

If you contact the developer (Conor) direct he will be able to give you answers to any questions. We use this mod ourselves so I know it's very good.

We install SagePay, and (depending on your bank), you may need to team up with Elavon. (SEE: http://www.sagepay.com/partners/merchant-acquiring-banks).

Sage Support is very helpful - and use CEON's mod as advised above...
