I need help with my product listing please help im going insane!!

I have been looking for about a week now trying everything I can think of and Im going crazy please help me:

Here is my problem my product list is displayed in the normal zencart fashion it seems which is one column of products going way down the page. I installed the mod to column it out and it works fine. However Id like to set the grid(or table) to the default making it show two or three rows in my product listing pages and if the customer wants they can switch it the other way(or just leave it in grid format). Please help me with this as Im going crazy!!

Completely off topic, but you realize you are violating paypal's ToS with your site, right?

Not sure how you figure that and they have said all is good so thats all that matters. But thanks for the post.

As far as I know, there is no feature or plugin currently available for the customer switch you want. You will need to custom code it or have it done.

Adult products are in violation of their ToS.

You may not use the PayPal service for activities that:

violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation.

relate to transactions involving (a) narcotics, steroids, certain controlled substances or other products that present a risk to consumer safety, (b) drug paraphernalia, (c) items that encourage, promote, facilitate or instruct others to engage in illegal activity, (d) stolen goods including digital and virtual goods (e) items that promote hate, violence, racial intolerance, or the financial exploitation of a crime, (f) items that are considered obscene, (g) items that infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy or any other proprietary right under the laws of any jurisdiction, (h) certain sexually oriented materials or services, (i) ammunition, firearms, or certain firearm parts or accessories, or (j) ,certain weapons or knives regulated under applicable law.

Continue on, and when they hold your $$$, don't come back complaining about paypal...

Ok man I understand you seem to have a problem with the kind of site I have and I understand and appreciate that. But there is only one line there in that whole area of text that even relates to my site at all and that is (h) certain sexually oriented materials or services, and certain is pretty vague and that is why I checked with them before doing so. Anyway I again thank you for bringing all this to my attention now can we please let this go and move on so I can hopefully get an answer to the question I posted here.

Those of us not in your line of business probably never paid attention to the potential wiggle room of "certain" in the listing. It's interesting to know that adult materials are not totally banned, unlike firearms which by the wording are simply forbidden. I doubt that Limitless cares about what you sell, but rather whether you will get in trouble and take up forum energy sorting it out.

Thank you for the answer gjh42 and yes Im sure your right and I appreciate that fact. However I would never use the forum to complain about something like that forums are used to ask questions and to answer them that is it. Which is why I said lets move on. :) Thank you again for your answer gjh42

Actually, I dont have a problem with your type of site, have one myself...

The 'certain' verbage in their ToS relates only to transactions that take place ON ebay (paypal's parent), any other transactions do not meet their ToS.

Just a warning, thats all.

All too many people do use the forum to complain about errors they have created themselves, or which actually have nothing to do with Zen Cart. So that was Limitless being proactive:)

It's the same with Google checkout, Amazon checkout (although they sell adult toys in the 'Health' section of amazon?!?) and MOST authorize.net partners.

None want to touch adult oriented sites due to perceived 'high risk' transactions.

Just commiserating, certainly not trying to piss on your boots.

Also have a 'firearms/ammo/knife' store, so its a triple whammy for all.
