google modudle, shipping costs are no longer being passed to google

When google checkout module was first installed shipping costs were being carried over to google checkout, I am using a royal mail
shipping module.
I have not made any changes, but for some unknown reason postage is no longer being added via google.

Google checkout is an addon module and has it's own support thread and does not belong in the General category
