Authorize.net AIM no CC option after install

Installed the Authorize.net AIM version and I don't get a Credit Card Payement option. If I install the SIM version the Credit Card option is available on the checkout page. Where do I need to look for this issue? I have uninstalled and installed various modules and all install and show up except the AIM module.

The AIM module won't be visible on your storefront if the storefront doesn't have SSL configured.
