Moved to a new server.

The cart side is working

But now when I go to the back end admin section I am getting

WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again.

I checked the config files.... I cant figure out what to do next...

Hi! I've been through it before, but don't remember how I got past..
What I can recommend is to run a check to see what is wrong.
