Paypal has unexpectedly returned a blank address??

Paypal has unexpectedly returned a blank address??

My customers are getting the following error message when they try to checkout in Step 2 of 3:

PROBLEM: We're sorry. PayPal has unexpectedly returned a blank address. In order to complete your purchase, please provide your address by clicking the "Sign Up" button below to create an account in our store. Then you may select PayPal again when you continue with checkout. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you have any trouble with checkout, please click the Contact Us link to explain the details to us so we can help you with your purchase and prevent the problem in the future. Thanks.

The customers who are getting this message have already registered and I can see that they have fully completed the address section when I look them up in the Customers module.

So my customers are still getting the same error message after I changed the downloadable products to NOT be virtual, as the other thread suggested. Is this an issue because they are trying to make purchases from another country?

Oh. You didn't make any mention earlier of your products being virtual. Please try to post as much info as possible when posting. The overall context is really important.

I have tested the checkout and registration process 3 seperate times and am not getting the messages that my customers are, which is why I am thinking it has something to do with out of country customers

#21 in the following thread resolved the issue! That line of extra code was what made it work, because originally I had the downloads set to virtual, which didn't work. Then I took virtual away which didn't work either. Thanks!
