Message: An error occurred when we tried to contact the payment processor

I am using Zen car v1.5 with Paypal express checkout.
Also, I had created 2 sandbox account Paypal.

I found the following error message when I tested the checkout.

"An error occurred when we tried to contact the payment processor. Please try again, select an alternate payment method, or contact the store owner for assistance. () - (35) error:14094410:SSL routines:SSL3_READ_BYTES:sslv3 alert handshake failure"

How I can do?

Please help. Thank you.

It seems PayPal has changed their sandbox servers.

What is your particular reason for using the sandbox? It will work fine in live/production mode straightaway.

I just want to test the payment transaction before open the webstore to all.

Of course. You can do that with the store being live. Just refund the transaction when you're done.

This link gives me a 404.... I would like to use the sandbox specifically.
