Form is messy, why?

**This is my Checkout without account form just after installation. I have only removed the form borders.
viewed in chrome but also tried other browsers and the same result.

Why is everything misaligned?
How come the shipping fields aren't disabled when 'Same as billing address' is checked?**

Really stressing out over this, any help is highly appreciated. Especially with the 'same as billing address' issue.

You might have more luck posting in the support forum for whatever COWOA mod you're using.

Looks like the page is not wide enough you could do what I've done and turn off the side boxes in checkout instructions here http://www.zen-cart.com/showthread.php?166440-Turn-off-side-boxes-in-checkout to give you more space. if you want to see what it will look like see my site http://www.rvsolarsystems.co.uk/ though I'm no using FEC found it a pain and switched to cowoa instead far easier to customise.
