You need to send those manually.

  • Go to admin=> tools => Newsletter and Product Notifications Manager

  • select new newsletter. then from the drop down product_notification (newsletter is selected by default).

  • Type your message in the text area

  • press save, you will return to the previous page.

  • now select send

  • choose your product end press add

  • next press send
