Category's in Navigation Menu Help!!

Hello I have been searching for this for sometime and cannot seem to find it.

Here is my question: I would like to list my categories in the navigation menu across the top of my site instead of having all the less important things their like info and home and so on. Is there a way to do this and if so how? Im new to this so if there is a way please explain thank you for your time. The menu bar is probably an add-on or mod that you will need to first turn off. Then you will need to turn on the NavCatTabs menu in the admin >> Configuration >> Layout Settings >> Categories-Tabs Menu ON/OFF. Set it to 1 to turn it on.

Ok I did that and it made it a white bar with the categories however they were all messed up. is there a way to fix this nav menu once I turn it back on turned it off as to not scare people away :)

Not sure what you're asking. You have the Categories tab in the header dropdown links. Do you want the categories listed a third time above that ?

Yes, Im trying to list them across the top if I can get that right then I will get rid of the others. I have made the box clear so it is not white any more however Im trying to figure out how to make the text larger and why there is one category on the left not with the others.

Try adding the red part:

You can change the link color here:

That worked great thank you one more question how do I make the text size larger for them I can't seem to find it and is there an easy way to say box them off. Thank you for your help!!

Change the 1.5 to suit.

Sorry, I don't know what 'box them off' means.

Thank you the font size worked great as for the box them off I meant like add lines on each side or around them so they look like they are in a box or seperated from each other.

You can add a border: declaration to the same rule to put boxes around each link, or slightly more complex:

border-left: 1px solid #aabbcc;
} 
``` This will put a separator line to the left of every link after the first one.
