including tracking number in shipped email notification

How do you include the tracking number that shows up on the customers account , into the shipped email notification.. so the customer doesn't have to log into the site to find the tracking number on his account page.. :frusty:

Simply type the tracking number into the order-update comments in your admin when you're changing the status.
