Tell a friend Missing and refferal

I was in the admin Layout Box controller and was trying to activate Tell a Friend but Admin is telling me that it is missing, I cannot find the tell a friend file. I am attaching a screen shot of the layout controller screen. Can someone tell me where the file is located? Ive also checked the original set of files from the 1.5 download.

My client would also like to activate referral discounts for bother the referrer and referee. How is that down being I cannot find how to do referral discount.

I only found a tell a friend for version 1.3.8 and am assuming that it wil work with 1.50. Any help on referrals? If a customer refers a friend to the site he and the friend gets a discount when the friend buys something from the site.

OK, I found under Admin Customer and item that reads Customer Referral Status which was off, I enabled it allowing the customer to enter refferal code but I do not see how a customer makes a referral. ANy help?

I have attached a screenshot of a product listing page and as you can see insted of a tell a friend button being at the bottom of the page, you see the words Tell_a_friend_header that cannot be cicked on. What happened? I am using version 1.5 Zen-cart and saw that the Tell a friend module was written for 1.38 or 1.3.9. Is tht causing my probem? Please help.

Thanks, looks like I did miss a file or placed it in the wrong folder, working now
