What is Mailing List Manager?

Under Tools I found 'Mailing List Manager'... what is that and where did it come from? Did they install an addon? I can't find anything on this. I didn't see an Zen-Cart contribution with that name when I searched.

There's no such option in a stock Zencart installation, so it's something you (or someone) has installed.

Thank you Steve. I figured it was an addon... But which one? I can't find anything in the Contributions List of Zencart. Does it go under another name? Is it outdated? It's not working properly from what I understand. mmhh... It seems to tie in with a blast.php page.... any more info on this would be great.

I'm going to guess it's a non-Zencart add-on. What options do you have in Admin - Tools - Mailing List Manager, and does anything related to it appear on the site (sidebox, etc.) ?

Thanks again Steve. I was asked to do some work on this site and fix the 'unsubscribe', tell-a-friend etc. links in their email blasts that come from this Mailing List Manager program. It seems very limited. Can only send to the whole list and not separate ones, groups etc. So it's hard to demo anything. Anyway... he's abandoning this program... What's the best add-on for mass emailing? The build-in Zen-Cart email sent and newsletter functions might be just fine I think but if someone has a real awesome program please let me know.
