SBA 1.5 install question

I just read the thread by Dinoleix and he said he uploaded the version and it works fine. I tried an earlier version of a SBA and could not get it to work. I just want to make sure I have the steps correct. The admin rename, is it my admin folder name under the zencart folder, mine reads Adminurrhtc... is this what I change it to? My template is Avignon, is that what I rename the CHANGE TO YOUR TEMPLATE NAME to? Now as far as what to do first, do I load the folders first ( and which ones, all or just admin and includes ) then add the install.sql. If so I did it in reverse last install with an older version, might be why I had errors I listed in a previous post. I know this is a long question but I am new to this plugins stuff and just want to get this issue solved. Also since I loaded the other versions folders should I just let the overwrites, well overwrite?Thanks in advance to anyone willing to help.
