My header is readjusting with size of window

On the top of my page I have a link for Facebook. It looks just like I like it when the internet window is full screen, but if I make the window smaller in width, it readjusts placement of the Facebook text. Why is it doing this and how can I fix that?

Place code within your headerWrapper

When I do that, it disappears.
