how do I get my product listing to show three items per row

Hello,

How do I get my product listing back into a three items across my site per row right now they are in a list only one product per row all the way down my page id like to grid them into 3 across. I had the grid mod but was told to remove it as it did the wrong thing I have done so but it will not go to three rows even though its set that way in the admin!!! How do I fix this please thank you.

You need the grid mod to display other than in rows

Which one is there anyway you can link it here for me please as Ive been told 5 different things lol Im not sure which to use. Thank you for your help and answers!!

Every time I try to upload the sql patch I get an error. How do I fix this. It seems the drop down to switch between list and grid is there now however when I switch it to grid nothing happens it stays in list mode. How do I fix this please Im new to this so Im quite confused right now!!!

Use host provided phpmyadmin to import the patch

If your tables have a prefix - you will need to edit the patch to reflect the prefix

If you installed the old version of Column Grid, you would have a rows/columns switch in admin. The update last July removed the ability for the admin to influence the layout (giving total control to the customer), along with the Grid/List switch on the catalog listing page. If you then installed the new version to upgrade, without running the (commented) "delete" SQL statement, you would still have the admin switch, but it would do nothing.

I have updated this for admin control with optional user switch; have you tried this yet? In your other thread on the same subject, you said you would try it and report back. Please post there rather than spreading the discussion over multiple threads.
