Shipping in the United States ONLY ??

I need to be able to set my clients site to only allow orders from those shipping to a United States address. How would I do this?

Check your admin > modules > shipping > your method

For a "Shipping Zone" setting and select USA

Thanks - had to go and create a Shipping Zone of USA first - but I think I got it setup now :-) It would be really nice if it would come with the different Countries as shipping methods out of the box, or at least the ability to select multiples when choosing what States (or Provinces depending on the Country) are going to be included in the zone. ;-)
