Order List Suddenly Not Visible from Admin

I'll say this upfront: I have very little knowledge of ZenCart.

A client of ours recently had their v139h site hacked and because of that, we had to move the site to its own container so that it would not infect the other sites on the server. After a bit of trial and error, the site is now active and seems to be accepting orders. However, there is a problem.

When brought up to the home page, there is a list of orders with a link to the person as normal. Clicking that name takes me to the Orders page where there are no orders shown when I know there is 46 orders to view. If I type the Order ID number in, though, it takes me to a detailed page listing the details of the order. That displays just fine. But the list of orders shows nothing.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Yes. All of the people under "New Orders" have placed an order. I even created a test account and test products and made a successful order (#46) but clicking on that name brings up the orders.php page that shows no orders.

So did you upgrade from version 1.3.9h to vewrsion 1.5.1??

Yes, I moved the database to a clean install, made sure that worked properly (which it did) and then updated to v1.5.1. All the items show up properly but the orders do not (unless you specify you want to see order #whatever).

Yes, it did the update from 1.3.9 to 1.5.0 to 1.5.1 (the only method I saw possible).

It seems that my problem is similar to this one (albeit, I'm not on 1.3.8). I've re-uploaded orders.php (and the entire admin folder after that) with a fresh copy and there's no change. The admin page is throwing PHP errors to a log but it seems to be happening whenever I visit any admin page:

which throws to

I don't believe this would be the reason because this error just started this afternoon (the store was running yesterday).

In the 2nd column are customer names.
In the 3rd are recent orders.

When you do bring up an order manually, what "status" does it say the order has been set to?

How does that status compare with the Admin->Localization->Orders Status options available?

If the orders_status field in your orders table doesn't contain a value that matches an entry in the orders_status table, then the data won't display because your data is corrupt. You'll need to fix whatever is not correct in your database.

And now it's fixed. First, I'll give you your answers.

1. I was clicking on the names of the customers on the admin home page under New Customers and New Orders.
2. When I brought an order up, there were no status options.
3. There were no options.
4. orders_status is properly populated with Pending, Processing, Delivered and Update. The orders table also showed proper listings.

All I had to do was insert them on Admin->Localization-> Orders Status. Everything matches now. Not quite sure how/why it worked without a hitch but I'm not complaining! Thanks for the help!

Sounds like you've got two sets of tables in your database. If orders_status had entries, then the Localization->Orders Status menu would have shown them. So since you had to add them manually, that means the data is in a different set of tables. You'll want to sort that out in case you need to look at the raw database data again.
