Free Shipping Not working at all

Hi everyone,

I have searched and searched but cannot find a solution to my problem. I have tried to set a few items on my site as free shipping. I have selected the "Yes, Always Free Shipping" option in each item I want as free shipping. I have also installed the free shiping! module. But the Free shipping icon does not appear on the product page and free shipping does not come up as an option when checking out.

I have the Royal Mail shipping add on installed which has been working great. But I just can't seem to get this free shipping working at all.

It has been awhile since I done this so I would really apriciate any help I can get.

I just realised I had the "free shipping" and "free shipping options" both set to 0! I changed sort order and now it works. However the free shipping image still isn't showing on the product pages.
