Can't access admin new install to upgrade older 1.3xx ver

I'm trying to access admin It goes to the Install webpage We decided to do a new install to upgrade the 1.3xx Version to the 1.5 The reason this was done Go Daddy updated the PHP and our site no longer work now Everything is working fine but access to admin And a few graphics from the old template can Someone help me get this thing working

If you're navigating to your admin login page and you're seeing the Welcome to Zencart page, it means your path(s) are wrong in admin/includes/configure.php.
