Unable to login to Admin account shows fresh install screen randomly

Hey ZenCart People,

I am using ZenCart v138a. The site has never been upgraded. I installed using FTP and everything has been working great since. I have no other layout issues, this is the only issue.

I am extreme dire need to get into my admin account to change some settings and add items. Randomly when i go to my site and type in itzboosted.net/store/admin it redirects me to this page (Screenshot below). Nothing has changed that i am aware of and i edited the pages with the correct db info (username / password) location but the Admin login page will not open. I have no idea why this would happen. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

check admin/includes/configure.php

see if all the following items' values is right,

1:domain
2:path
3:database
4:backend's folder's name

All the domain info is correct:

Path:

The Backend folder name? info is correct as well:

Database info is correct:

Any ideas? This info was never changed and my site was not moved but yet randomly i cannot access my admin page? Just seems very odd to me.

Does that information match in both of your configure.php files?

um ... /home/itzboost/public_html is nothing like /var/www/clients/client4/itzboosted.net/store

You'll need to sort out the correct paths.

there are two paths at admin/includes/configure.php
1:define('DIR_FS_CATALOG', '/var/www/clients/client4/itzboosted.net/store/');
2:define('DIR_FS_SQL_CACHE', '/home/itzboost/public_html/store/admin/includes/cache');

one of them must be wrong

I would try

/home/itzboost/public_html/store/

That Fixed it. Thanks a lot guys. Do you recommend upgrading from 1.38a to the new version? If so how much do you think i will break and will my design on my https://www.itzboosted.net/store be scrambled and ruined?

YES !!! You definitely need to upgrade, no matter how much work it is.
