image size woes

Yes, I've looked through the forum, installed ImageHandler 4, spent a couple of hours on it, so here I am posting a new thread.

My large images, eg images/large/pic_LRG.jpg, are momentarily displaying at the correct size but then snapping back to tiny. And my medium images, also named carefully and stored correctly, are meant to be 400px wide but are only 100px. What am I doing wrong?

With image handler you only need one image - the large image named pic.jpg and stored in your /images folder

OK, done that. Now there is another small image, where the "additional images" usually sit, which displays the medium image when hovered over. The "larger image" link still snaps to 100x75px.

But this is interesting, when I display the product in IH, it shows the three image sizes (default, medium, large) and the size under each one is 100x75px. Clearly this is wrong. But how do I change this?

OK, ignore that because there's been progress. I deleted the image I had in ImageHandler and uploaded a new one. It seemed to correct everything. Thanks anyway.
