How do I go about adding a surcharge fee onto my paypal payment option?

I basically have 2 different payment options on my store... A credit card option which costs me about 1.9% for Credit cards or 30p for debit cards and paypal which costs me 3.4% + 20p for everything. I want to charge around a 2% surcharge for customers choosing paypal. Can this be done on zencart? Thanks

FIRST CHECK WITH PAYPAL. What you're talking about could be a direct violation of PayPal's terms of use.

And be sure to tell your customers that you are penalizing them based on their choice of payment method. I'd certainly want to know that up-front so I can cancel my checkout and buy from someplace else that doesn't penalize me just to pay.
