Easy Populate and Zen Lightbox not showing up in Configuration in admin

I have both add ons installed and double checked that all the files are in the right place but both are not showing up in the Configuration section in the admin. They both are working also.
I just installed edit orders and that showed up in the Configuration section.

I must have done something wrong installing them.
Anyone know how to fix this?

Also -
I get this error when installing the SQL: WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again.
Yet when I go into the configuration_group it is there.

configuration_group_id configuration_group_title configuration_group_description sort_order visible
