Moving to new domain. Error final step

I am moving my zencart installation from a primary domain and subdirectory to a subdomain. I am running on version 1.5.1 on PHP 5.3 on both the old and the new servers. (I updated last week on the old server and all is functioning properly.)

I am using this page as a guide:[ http://www.zen-cart.com/content.php?142](http://www.zen-cart.com/content.php?142)

Problem: Everything seems to have executed correctly . . . except the last step "Fix_Cache_Key". So now I get an error:
WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again.

Previously the website was wyomingtraders.com/shop.

I am moving to shop.wyomingtraders.com. shop.wyomingtraders.com is on a different server from the main domain. I am able to hit this page correctly: http://shop.wyomingtraders.com/maintenance.html, so I'm confident that my name servers and A records are correct.

  1. I ran a new install and verified on the NEW server.

  2. I did a complete dump of sql from the old server (no errors)

  3. I dropped the tables from the new server (no errors)

  4. I inserted the sql from the old server into the new server. (no errors)

  5. I made a complete zip backup of the old files and downloaded the zip

  6. I opened the zip and removed the includes/configure.php and the admin/includes/configure.php from the backed up files (so they would not over-write the ones on the new server)

  7. I renamed the admin folder in the backup to match that on the new server

  8. I uploaded all of the backed up files into the new server, over-writing the original install . . . except the two configure files.

  9. I verified that the two configure files contained the correct new server information

All of the above executed without error

Then I downloaded the fix_cache_key.php and uploaded it to the server. I also verified that the path to the cache file was correct as per the DIR_FS_SQL_CACHE in the configure.php.

When I ran the fix_cache_key.php, I get the error:
WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again.

If I try to hit shop.wyomingtraders.com or even shop.wyomingtraders.com/index.php or any other php file, I get the same error.

Help anyone?

Re: Moving to new domain. Error final step

Yes. I did go to the logs and realized that zen_project_version' doesn't exist. The instructions said to drop all of the database tables, which I did. I am re-installing and then allowing the sql to drop and create as necessary. So far it is beginning to look better. I am now re-copying my original data files (except the two configure.php files). Then I'll re-test.
