Multiple Attributes and Show Total Prices

I know that in Zencart you can setup multiple attributes but i would like to show the total price instead of showing +$15. I want to show the total price everytime the attribute is changed. A good example would be this website, each time the attribute is changed, the total price changes. http://www.eplot.com.au/business-card-printing.htm

Any help would be appreciated.

This is like dependent attributes and ZenCart does not have support for them

There's Dynamic Price Updater; I haven't used it and I don't know if it works for v1.5.0 and later.
