Is there a way to allow users to upload files and info?

I design and sell craft patterns. I want to allow other designers to upload their own pictures, files, prices, description info, etc., on their own. Is there a plug-in or add-on for Zen-Cart so I can set this up for these other users? Here is my website, for reference: plasticcanvascreations.com

I think you should look more towards 'Acution Scripts'. There are several 'eBay' type scripts out there, some free and some not.

That would allow you to provide a platform for other designers etc to 'upload' their designs/wears etc and sell them while you make a small % of the sale.

win8win - What the OP is asking for is not done with attributes on the customer side, but is a different kind of admin user functionality. I suppose you could accept "orders" of product submissions with information, and then enter that information in a new product, but that would be very cumbersome, and impossible to keep up with on a commercial scale.
As ray-the-otter said, the auction type may be a model. Check in Plugins for at least one version.
