hide zone rates shipping altogether if not available for country

instead of saying 'No shipping available to the selected country' if excluded i would just like to hide it

In the Zone Rate zones there is a setting for:

Skip Countries, use a comma separated list of the two character ISO country codes
Disable for the following Countries:

If you enter the Countries that this is not available for, then Zone Rate zones does not show ... so it will turn that off automatically for you ...

Example: You do not want to use this shipping module for AU, just enter that, or any of the countries you do not want this module for, as the Skip Countries ...

I used a lower case au before. I changed to AU after reading your message. Thanks.
