.... I found that the table is limited in phpmyadmin by default to 30 rows, and ty package tracker in on row 32 of the table. Row 31 & 32 do not show, and template tuners installed the TM template with the social media icons hidden from configuration. They could have increased the rows to ensure the icons can be configured (or alerted me about it)!:(
In fact on closer inspection the table has been set up with disordered & gappy sort numbers 1-10, 16-32; and configuration menu only shows 25 active rows on the admin configuration drop menu.
"My Store, Minimum Values, Maximum Values, Images, Customer Details, Shipping/Packaging, Product Listing, Stock, Logging, E-Mail Options, Attribute Settings, GZip Compression, Sessions, Regulations, GV Coupons, Credit Cards, Product Info, Layout Settings, Website Maintenance, New Listing, Featured Listing, All Listing, Index Listing, Define Page Status, EZ-Pages Settings."
To test I switched TY package tracker with the GV coupons (row 16). The effect was that
a) TY was accessible from the 'GV coupon' link via zencart menu, but not named in its own right on the drop down.
b) The TY database was missing the 'tracking' and 'carrier' functions described in the read me file.
I have called my host and they cannot help as they say it due to the inner working of the TM template or zen cart. They also state that they dont know how I can access the 'phpMyAdmin directory' or cannot tell me where to find it, to locate the "config.inc.php" file to increase max rows from 30.:shocking:
I have contacted a zen cart developer who will only work on my website if I get rid of the TM template.
So how do I move forward?
...How do I find the phpmyadmin directory
...is this problem caused by TM or module coding?
...is it possible to send the TY tracker to the modules menu instead of configuration?
...will increasing the 'MaxRows' enable TY to show on zencart admin?
...what is causing the carrier & tracking functions to not show?
Any help is most appreciated:smile:
Cheers
