add a contact us form to an ez page

Hello, I have asked this a long while ago but I can not find the post I made.
My questions is how do I add a contact us form to an ez page via the internal link url, or is via the external one

thank you

Re: add a contact us form to an ez page

If you mean you want an EZ page to direct to the built-in Contact Us page, you would put this in the Internal Link box: index.php?main_page=contact_us
