Shopping Cart Anomaly

Hi

I hope some one can assist me with a anomaly I have on my shopping cart page

When no one is logged in and I add a product to the shopping basket I get 3 column page as expected

When customer is logged in and I do the same I get a 2 column page, not expected.

Can someone take a look and try to advise the best fix for this issue, I have set up a user name at www.brighter-smile.co.uk of "[email protected]" and password of "12345" for ease.

There's a bug somewhere in your shopping cart page. Look under the "logs" directory for an error file (if you're running pre 1.5.1 Zen Cart, look under "cache" instead.)

Possibly something to do with Shipping Estimator? Try turning that off to narrow it down.

Thank you so much, I would have been there for days looking for that, The shipping estimator was switched on but not showing on the page. Once I turned that off everything works fine on that page.
