All set up, only a couple of glitches I cannot sort out

Please bare with me as I understand some questions could be suited elsewhere, but it is linked so I will rather ask all the questions in this area. My clients site is setup at http://www.proponics.co.za, but we need some help:

1. My client does not take any online payments, and would like to setup a payment module which works on bank transfers. Currently I have setup COD but it then does not allow me to complete the transaction because it says I do not have a payment module setup for my zone. What payment module should I setup to have it work.

2. With deliveries, we have store pickup and Table rate setup, but table rate is orange under Shipping options and does not display when you complete your order and is listed by shipping. What could the problem be?

3. I have created 2 EZ Pages and turned them on to display the link in the sidebar. Under the layout manager I have also turned on EZ pages as a left sidebar item. It does not display any EZ pages, not even in the header nor sidebar. My internal and external link is blank, and I have content setup for these pages. What could I be missing?

4. I have turned off the feature that the site should not show the quantity box for stock under Configuration -> product listing, but is still shows the quanity available. Even if I say there is no stock it then shows sold out, after I turned it off to not display out of stock but still continue with the purchase. What could this be?

5. Where do I change the email layout (specifically the banner header) of mails sent from Zencart?

Thank you for your reply.

I have managed to resolve a couple of the issues

1. I downloaded a direct deposit plugin and it works just as I want it too.
2. Fixed, the issue was my zones. I added all countries to the zone I created and it worked.
3. I even made the sort order -1 but it fails to show the ez pages anywhere. The ezpages is created and enabled so I really have no idea how to add them.

I would say your template author has removed at least the header EZ page bar from the tpl_header.php template file. When I turn off all the EZ page links in the header of my test site, I still have this in the source:

Your site doesn't, so I would compare that file in your override folder with a fresh copy.
