Add to Cart and Buy Now buttons not working properly

I just launched a new site, and the Add to Cart and Buy Now buttons are not working properly. The site is located here: http://tinyurl.com/8cdfp3y

When you click the "Buy Now" button on that product category page, it merely refreshes the page and appends "?sort=20a&action=buy_now&products_id=3" to the URL. When you go to the product detail page and click the "Add to Cart" button, it again simply refreshes the page and appends "?action=add_product" to the URL. This issue occurs in all browsers I have tested it on, and also occurs when I am logged in and when I am logged out.

The only recent change I made was to import some customer and order info from an old OSCommerce version of the site. I imported data from the following tables, but did not change the ZC 1.5 table structures:

orders_status_history
customers_info
customers
orders
orders_products
orders_total
address_book

I also changed the Product IDs in those OSCommerce tables, matching them to the new product IDs in the new ZC 1.5 site.

Other potentially relevant info:
I have CEON URI Mapping UMM Edition installed.
I use Easy Populate to upload and update products.
I have a few other modules installed, but most of them seem to be pretty benign.
The website is hosted at GoDaddy.

Any ideas on how I can fix this issue?

First step is to turn off your URL-rewriting and test what symptoms occur when using normal Zen Cart operation.

I misspoke in my first post, re: the issue occurring when I am logged out AND logged in... turns out, I am not able to log in as a shopper at all. Attempting to login appends this to the URL: "?action=process".

I took your advice and disabled the URI module and the problem disappeared. Not to contact CEON to see if we can figure out the issue. Sometimes it is the simplest thing... thanks, Doc!
