HOW?? Export Menu (Categories & Subs) List Only with no products...

I'm stumped. Anyone have an idea how I can export a category/menu list only with all the sub categories? I've seen methods for exporting an entire product database, but we want to focus solely on our menu structure and only export the category names and their sub menus for review and analysis. I'd love to create a .xls or text file of the structure. Anyone have any tricks to this I'm not thinking of?

Have you tried Easy Populate or Apsona?

You might temporarily install an expanded categories mod (I recommend Uncollapsed Category Tree by fragfutter, available from his website or as an option with Categories Dressing), then copy either the page display or the view source depending on your needs. Afterward, you can delete the mod files.
